The essentials, minus the fluff
Centrally located, this hotel is steps away from vibrant night markets and restaurants. The spacious room was spotlessly clean, featuring a comfortable bed and a well-appointed bathroom. Breakfast was a highlight, offering an impressive buffet. The staff exceeded expectations with their friendly service, ensuring a pleasant stay from check-in to check-out.

good but needs minor improvements
The breakfast buffet stands out with a great variety and high-quality food. It was the best I experienced during my trip across Thailand. I appreciated the user-friendly light and AC controls by the bed, making it easier to settle in at night. The staff's quick response when I requested extra toilet paper late in the evening was commendable. I also enjoyed mango sticky rice during my stay, which was delicious and a treat I looked forward to.
The air conditioning didn't provide consistent cooling, making it uncomfortable at times.

A fine choice for a short-term stay in Chiang Mai with value for money. The service was acceptable initially, but they were rude during checkout because we were 15 minutes late. Keep an eye on your checkout time to avoid hassle.

A warm stay with great service
The friendly staff made us feel valued throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise, boasting a rich variety of delicious options.
Unfortunately, our room showed signs of wear, with some stained carpets and an outdated sofa that really needed replacement to elevate the experience.
